We're a small independent operation, so replies may take a little time. Please don't send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

When reporting a bug, it helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot can help too, provided it doesn't contain information you don't wish to share.

Purchases & refunds

How do I restore a pack I've already purchased?
Open the App's Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you're connected to the internet and using the Apple Account associated with the original purchase. If the pack still doesn't appear, email us and we'll help investigate.
Are word packs subscriptions?
No. The packs offered in this version are one-time purchases, with no recurring pack fee or automatic renewal. Each purchase unlocks the pack shown at checkout.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are billed through Apple. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem website. If the problem is that purchased content isn't working, please contact us as well.

Learning & your data

Can I learn without an internet connection?
Yes. Your available word packs, quizzes, flashcards, personal vocabulary and pronunciation audio are designed to work offline. Buying or restoring packs requires an internet connection.
Where are my personal words and progress saved?
On your device. The App doesn't require an account or upload your personal words and quiz progress to our servers.
What happens if I reinstall the App or change iPhones?
Eligible purchases can be restored using your Apple Account. However, restoring purchases won't restore personal words, saved quizzes or learning progress. Those are stored locally and aren't synchronised between devices by the App. Whether a device backup preserves them depends on your device and backup arrangements.
Why does a word show only one meaning?
Vocabulary · Infinite is a learning tool rather than a comprehensive dictionary. Quiz cards focus on a particular meaning in context, even when a word has many senses. You can create your own personal cards with the meanings and notes you want to learn.

Troubleshooting

I can't hear word pronunciations. What should I check?
Check your device's media volume, then close and reopen the App. If pronunciation audio still doesn't play, let us know which word you tried, your iPhone model and iOS version.
The App isn't saving my changes or progress.
Check that your device has enough free storage. If it's nearly full, free some space and reopen the App. If the problem continues, please report it with the steps that led to it.
Something else isn't working.
Send us a short description of what happened, how to reproduce it if possible, and any error message you saw. We'll use that information to investigate.

Suggestions & vocabulary corrections

Found an incorrect definition, unusual example sentence or quiz answer that doesn't seem right? We'd appreciate hearing about it. Please include the word, its pack if known, and what you believe needs correcting.

You can also share ideas for future word collections or improvements. We read feedback, although we can't promise to implement every suggestion.
